  • Ernst Wolfaardt: Chairperson

    Ernst Wolfaardt is the chairperson for the Technopark Special Ratings Area. His key responsibilities are strategic leadership and ensuring alignment with the approved business plan and budget. Additional responsibilities together with the board include stakeholder management, governance and compliance, operational oversight and strategic steering of the SRA in line with the mandate provided by the stakeholders and property owners. As a civil engineer, his experience in property management supports the requirements of the SRA in planning and engagement with the Municipality.

  • Deleur Stander: Vice Chairman & Security

    Deleur Stander manages the Security Portfolio for Techstel SRA, overseeing the organisation's safety and security operations. With extensive expertise in security management, risk assessment, and strategic planning, Deleur ensures a safe and secure environment for Technopark’s stakeholders. His role includes developing security protocols, coordinating with law enforcement, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and aligning security initiatives with Technopark’s strategic objectives to protect its community and assets.

  • Francois Smuts: Financial & Legal

    Francois Smuts manages the Financial and Legal Portfolios for Techstel SRA, overseeing the organisation's fiscal integrity, compliance, and governance. With a strong background in finance, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks, Francois ensures the association operates with transparency, sustainability, and legal soundness. His role includes financial planning, budgeting, legal advisory, and policy implementation to support Technopark’s strategic vision and stakeholder interests

  • Erik Loubser: Irrigation & Dams

    Erik Loubser is a semi-retired professional civil engineer and one of the pioneers of Technopark, having established one of the first companies in the area. With deep institutional knowledge of the park’s engineering services and water infrastructure, he serves on the SRA in the Irrigation and Dams portfolio. Erik also brings valuable expertise to broader planning matters, offering strategic input on land use, traffic flow, and non-motorised transport to support the park’s sustainable growth and functionality.

  • Jan Jooste: Gardens & Maintenance

    As the director of the Garden Portfolio at Techstel SRA, Jan is passionate about creating and maintaining green, welcoming spaces throughout Technopark. He oversees all garden-related projects, ensuring our landscapes are not only well-kept but also enhance the overall atmosphere of the park. From seasonal planting to long-term beautification, Jan focuses on growing a space where nature and business flourish side by side.

  • Clinton Kayser: Parking & Roads

    Clinton Kayser is responsible for parking and roads and brings a wealth of experience in projects both locally and internationally. Clinton is an energetic individual always readily available to assist wherever required. Development as well as the implementation of action plans for Technopark will be key for this portfolio. Clinton thrives on the execution of short-term deliverance as well as immediate impact to add value to any team. This all to achieve efficient, orderly and accessible infrastructure to ensure the connectivity for people to services, jobs and education as Technopark presents.

  • Alita Bothma: General Manager

    As General Manager of TechstelSRA, she is the connector, coordinator, and driving force behind the park’s progress. Alita works closely with each director to align and activate their portfolios, ensure that projects move from idea to implementation, and keep a finger on the pulse of Technopark’s day-to-day rhythm. From handling enquiries to spearheading initiatives that enhance the space we work in. She is dedicated to the well-being, growth, and future-forward vision of Technopark.

  • Barbara Fassler: Marketing

    As the lead for the Marketing Portfolio at TechstelSRA, Barbara shapes how Technopark is seen, heard, and experienced. She strengthens our brand, build community connections, and spotlight the innovation within our park. From digital presence to real-world impact, Barbara ensures our message is clear, creative, and compelling — always working to position Technopark as a dynamic, future-focused business destination.

  • Jacques Pietersen: Public Relations

    Jacques Pietersen is responsible for public relations in the Technopark Special Ratings Area with focus on the strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between the TPSRA and its publics.

  • Piet van Blerk: Parking & Roads

    Piet van Blerk is a seasoned civil engineer with over 45 years of expertise in roads and traffic. Based in Technopark for the past 19 years, Piet has developed an extensive knowledge of the area and its infrastructure. His contributions include the upgrade of the Technopark Access Road as well as studies on the proposed Technopark Link Road, non-motorised transport initiatives, and parking facilities. Drawing on decades of experience in developments of this scale, Piet brings invaluable insight into planning and development matters, ensuring that Technopark continues to evolve with well-considered, sustainable solutions.
